The Hope 2 Dream: Real Estate & Property Management webinar is a 2-day virtual series on the process of purchasing a residential property for commercial purposes. Individuals interested in owning a property for short-term rentals, long-term rentals, and Airbnb's are encouraged to attend these sessions presented by community experts and ask any questions they may have regarding the industry and purchase process.
Our first session on June 13th will be facilitated by Teresa Cooper, a CPA Emeritus, with 25 years experience in business and finance, profit and non-profit. Teresa has been in real estate sales and consulting for 17 years. Home Solution Real Estate Services is a family owned business, which she has owned and operated for 15 years. She assists clients with buying and selling homes, finding homes to rent, and also with managing rental properties for clients.
