The Cohesion Culture™ Leadership Course is a dynamic 7-week program combining self-paced virtual modules with three engaging in-person sessions with actionable insights to transform your team. Designed for executives and managers, this course equips leaders with proven strategies to build trust, foster collaboration, and drive retention, creating a culture where people belong, feel valued, and thrive.
The modules will require around 1.5 hours per week. We will meet virtually on the following dates. *2/3 - Orientation with Cohesion Culture Crew (1 hour) *3/10 - Vision Board with Cohesion Culture Crew (1 hour) *3/24 - Empathy Mapping and Conversation (2 hours)

Danielle Shroyer - has 20 years of HR experience working mostly for Fortune 500 companies including Lockheed Martin and General Dynamics. Most recently, she was the Talent Acquisition Leader for the Volvo Car USA manufacturing facility in Ridgeville, South Carolina. While there she and her team scaled the business from 45 to 1500 employees.

Dr. Troy Hall - With more than 40 years of practical leadership experience and a Ph.D. in Global Leadership & Entrepreneurship, Dr. Troy Hall’s passion is guiding leaders to retain talent by creating Cohesion Cultures™ where people have a sense of belonging, are valued, and share in mutual commitments.
Ben-Jamin Joy - is a dynamic entrepreneur, founder of On Purpose Adventures, and an expert in team building and leadership development. With a background in industrial engineering and a passion for innovative problem-solving, he has helped companies like Cisco enhance employee retention and cohesion through unconventional and engaging programs. Ben-Jamin’s journey, from running a lawn care business at age 12 to creating impactful team-building experiences, reflects his commitment to fostering meaningful connections and improving workplace culture.
