• All-day Business Money Basics Workshop
• Alternating instruction and active work sessions
• Certified trainers, mentors, and Increasing H.O.P.E staff

Pre-Engagement

1-on-1 Credit Counseling Session

• Includes credit score review with a certified credit counselor

Virtual Orientation – Monday, September 23

Attend either:

• 12:00 PM session
• 6:00 PM session

This Brief 30-minute Orientation includes:

• Program expectations
• Set up and use of LivePlan
• Checklist of required documents:
  • Tax returns
  • Articles of Incorporation
  • Photo ID
  • Current business plan
  • Existing certifications

• Budgeting and Expense Tracking
• Cash Flow Analysis
• Business Financial Forecasting using LivePlan
• Capital Asset Planning

• Woman/Minority-Owned Business Certification Information
• Follow-up planning with WBC Coaches

Participant Outcome Goals
